For those local to New York City looking for face to face training and hands-on tackling and tracking of your goals, 1on1 personal training is a fantastic option.
With 1on1 training, we’ll be able to assess your goals, abilities, and constraints to construct a workout program that matches your wants and needs.
In addition to our sessions we have together, I’ll be with you along the way on the days we can’t be together in order to make sure you are educated and dialed in on your nutrition and any other workouts you do when we aren’t together.
