Alex has been great to work with! I started with him at a very vulnerable time and he was very understanding and reassuring. What I enjoy the most is how reasonable he is in his programming; there’s no unnecessary pressure but also solid accountability when you put in the work (I also am able to add in some sweets from time to time ). In our time together, I was able to drop 80 pounds – and we’re not done yet!

I’ve been Working with Alex for roughly 3 months and i was still able to notice big a difference in not only my body composition but the way I looked at foods and my eating habits in general. He showed me that you don’t have to be miserable and starving when cutting! I truly believe that what I’ve learned in these few short months will last for the rest of my life.
