I offer three levels of coaching, depending on your goals and how hands-on you want the experience to be:
Concierge Coaching (NYC)
This is my highest level of service – a true concierge approach to your training, nutrition, and performance. I handle all the details so you can focus fully on executing:
- Daily check-ins covering weight, nutrition, training, and movement
- Regular progress tracking (weekly waist, monthly photos)
- 24/7 access via phone/email for questions and feedback
- Travel workout plans and event-specific nutrition guidance
- In-person sessions with priority scheduling
- Option to travel with you for training on the road
- Supplement recommendations as needed

In-Person Training (NYC)
Private in-person sessions at an exclusive Manhattan gym or at your personal facility.
