This is my highest level of service – a true concierge approach to your training, nutrition, and performance. I handle all the details so you can focus fully on executing:

  • Regular progress tracking (weekly waist, monthly photos)
  • 24/7 access via phone/email for questions and feedback
  • Travel workout plans and event-specific nutrition guidance
  • In-person sessions with priority scheduling
  • Option to travel with you for training on the road
  • Supplement recommendations as needed

In-Person Training (NYC)
Private in-person sessions at an exclusive Manhattan gym or at your personal facility.
